I convinced myself I would like to have a basement to increase the floor area in my house. I really had no idea what was involved.  Everything looked so simple from the architects drawings. Dig Dig Down did a great job. From excavation to underpinning to plumbing to full completion. Everything was completed to the highest standards. In the end, they delivered on time and on budget, keeping me informed at all stages (especially when we discovered some existing underpinning which we needed to remove).
